VIDEO: Robscure - The Wheel ft. foz

When Robscure teamed up with Eva Rawlings for “Echo” late last year, it was a turning point in his catalog. That was the best cut he’d dropped so far, and since then, he continues to excel.

This latest video is another knockout piece of work. Both of these verses are superb — earnestly introspective but also tucked so deep in the pocket they’re downright funky.

The video itself is equal to the song. Robscure has been knocking out a lot of self-produced videos lately, and that experience pays off bigly here. Weaving some old family footage into a performance that was shot at the golden hour, both artists make the most of a minimal setup.

Expect to see a lot more work from old boy in the near future: his hunger is nicely aligned with his work ethic and he’s aiming to release, at minimum, a new cut every month through 2022.
